Upon full payment, all custom-developed code and deliverables become the property of the client. Hayat Tech retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and reusable components not unique to the client's project, consistent with industry standards.

Staff Augmentation Terms

For staff augmentation services, assigned developers work as extensions of your team under your direction. Hayat Tech handles HR, payroll, and retention while you manage day-to-day activities. Confidentiality agreements and IP protection clauses apply to all augmented staff.

6. Fee and Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be outlined in individual project proposals and agreements. Payment terms typically include:

• An initial deposit (typically 30-50%) to commence work
• Milestone payments based on project progress and deliverables
• Final payment upon project completion and delivery
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified in the agreement
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law
• Bank transfer fees and currency conversion costs are borne by the client

7. Disclaimer
